P1:I think private cars can't be encouraged.Because they make the air worse and worse.And they also make a lot of noise.They're not good for the city.

P2;oh,they are terrible.They always make the traffic so busy.And they make the environment worse and worse.But I think buses should be encouraged.So we can go out conveniently.It's good.
