3\停止录制(这样得到一个空宏)
4\工具---宏----宏,选aa,点编辑按钮

你就把你EXCEL表里的内容复制到新建的一个表里就可以了。复制之后就没有密码了。

2.在页面中找到撤销工作保护选项，点击该选项进行相关功能，

3.当撤销工作表保护选项变为工作表保护选项时即可证明excel表格的保护模式已经取消。

4.返回原表格，在Excel表页面中即可发现该表格已经成功取消保护模式

2003的可以用Bug,不过不好这么公开吧.
