使用以下步骤进行破解被保护的工作表：

所需材料：记事本、Excel。

一、首先点击被保存的工作薄，按F2重命名，格式改为RAR。

二、这时表格会变为一个压缩包，打开该压缩包，打开后双击打开XL文件夹。

三、然后再双击打开Worksheets文件夹。

四、打开该目录后，把被保护工作表拖至桌面。

五、接着使用记事本打开该文件。

六、打开该文件后，Ctrl+F键打开查找窗口，输入Protection，点击查找下一个。

七、找到后，选中其所在尖括号内的全部内容（包括前后两个尖括号），按Del键删除这串字符，按Ctrl+S保存，保存后关闭记事本。

八、接着把已经修改完的文件再次拖入压缩包当前目录内。

九、弹出的替换文件窗口内点击替换。

十、再次点击压缩包，按F2键重命名，格式改为XLSX表格格式。

十一、这时打开该工作薄，进入审阅选项卡下，撤消工作薄保护按钮消失，破解完成。

破解excel密码 打开文档后，通过文件菜单中“另存为”，将文档存为rtf格式。保存好文件后，先关掉文档再打开另存的文件，选择工具栏中的“解除文档保护”命令，不用填写密码就可以解除此文件的“文档保护功能”，而且任何信息都不会丢失。用Office Password Remover这个软件可以打开。
使用方法：
首先运行解压好的OPRemove.exe 这个程式，打开程式后能看到中间文本框后面有个类似目录的按钮。
选择后出现下图的画面，点击移除密码。
呆几秒钟后便出现“该文件已被成功破解”，点确定即可，这时候就大功告成了。 在这里要注意的是，破解后的文章名字会有点变化，加了“DEMO”这四个字母，翻译过来就是示范的意思，不必在意，重命名去掉就能了。

将excel另存为PDF格式。

用adobe acrobat打开PDF文件，再另存为XML电子表格（.xml).

打开xml文件即可。

这种方法的缺点是，如果原来excel中有公式的将会消失。
