中文：
首先很开心能有这次培训的机会，这次培训是学校给我的一次激励，也是我自己一直希望的，我一直希望自己能进一步提高自己的教学水平。这次培训的课程主要有*******，一共培训了***天。
培训课程中，我一直很认真的听取老师的方法，经验，和专业知识。
通过培训，我了解到作为小学英语老师的重要性，因为孩子们现在正在接受知识的最佳年龄，目前对英语的学习会影响之后的英语学习和提高。另外，对于学习方法上，也找到了更适合自己和孩子们的方法。最重要的是，我的专业知识也得到了提高，能和其他英语老师一起交流。
再次感谢学校的培训机会，我也会在以后的教育生涯中一如既往的努力，做个优秀的英语教师

i am very glad that i had this chance to take part in this training,this was not only a big prize the school supply to me,but also what i wanted for long.i am always trying to learn to teach well ,including the way to treat my students,and enlarging my present knowledge.and luckily,the training gave me this.
the training last for***days,and i benifit a lot from it

firstly,i learned the importance to be a pupils' english teacher,for the beginning of learning a language can influnce the whole learning process.secondly,i learned how to communicate better with my pupils.i finally find a suitable way for both myself and my pupils.
last but not the least,i gained more professional things through exchanging ideas with other teachers.

on top of that,this training is timely and successful.

通过哪方面的培训啊 ， 是英语专业方面的，还是教学方面的啊？
要是专业方面的，会提升自己的英语水平，口语交际，写作，阅读，等等，会增强自己的信心！
教学方面，会使自己教学水平提高，比如如何设计一趟精彩的课，如何抓住学生的心里，如何分析教材……
总之参加培训的好处很多，每个人都需要随时给自己充电
