You need"t be not happy ....
THese rules cann't be harmful to you.. The rules are all right . If you do like them ,,,,you will have a healthy body,be come a great student,have nothing dangerous, got a good mark,have a tidy room........Then you can have a happy life!!

I have many rules too, and I often follow them.......They make me happy ,and get to grow as a person...
Please believe that the rules's power is strong for you!!!
